Paper Shelter Challenge #82

Hi Everyone.

Well we have another Challenge up and running over at 

The Paper Shelter.

First a big thankyou to all who entered our last challenge

Now for this week's Challenge, and it is...

"Fall Colours" 

We want to see Fall pictures, or fall colours! 

 

And we now have increased our prizes for the Challenges

(how cool is that!!)

 

I didnt realise the challenge had changed, so i quickly had to do

another card!  Boy am i so happy you can get the Coloured images and

paper set all in one from The Paper Shelter. It makes throwing together

a quick card, a lot easier.!!!! Thankyou The Paper Shelter...lol

Now for my card I have used "Adorable Little Devil". I printed her twice, and 

3D mounted her on the paper.(wow, lots of fussing cutting!! lol)

I then mounted the whole lot on a dark chocolate card, which looks really great!

I added the sentiment, which is made using my PSX pixie alpha stamps.

Then i added some flowers and pearls all in the fall colours.

Now for this weeks' Challenge....

"Use a Tag"

 Any type any how!

Get to it.

Now onto my card and i have used "Isabella" and  coloured her with 

Copics in the fall Colours for the Bearly Mine Challenge.

The paper is from Bearly Mine Designs "Designer Extreme II"

(love these CD's, every time i go looking on there i find more and more

papers i want to print and use and get distracted from the challenge!! lol)

I have used my Cheery Lynn border die, and inked the edges. I have used

the Magnolia Tag Die for my tag, then i used some BoBunny Rub-ons in

the fall colours. (they matched perfectly...don't you just love it when that happens!)

What I also did, was colour the middle of the button, on my brown flower,

with the orange, so that it would match Isabella.

This has come together wonderfully!

Okies for my creation I have decorated a box I picked up from the

Cheapie Shop. I saw this idea somewhere, and thought i might

give it a go for a wedding that is coming up. I like the black

and white for a Wedding Gift!

Anyway, the papers i have used are from the Designer Extreme CD III.

I am sorry about the photos, silly me took them on my black bench tops!!

I also used some lovely vellum embossed with a black glitter design,...

it is so gorgeous. You cant quiet see the stickles i have added, but

i added it to some of the swirls, and it gives a lovely effect.

For My card, i have used the image "A Little Bit Grumpy" and coloured 

her with Copics. I added some stickles to her wings, and some liquid

pearls in little dots around the image. I went with pink, so i picked a paper from

The "Petunia Parade" Paper Set, from Bearly Mine Designs. (a favourite of mine!)

Then a few flowers, lace, seam binding and bling....finished! lol

Anyway, cant wait to see what you all come up with,

Righto now onto my project for you... and shock horror...it's not a CARD!!!! lol

Surprised you all right...rofl

Ok, ok, hush you all!!! (lol)

Ok, so back to my project, and what i made for you this week is a heart bag,

which i found in the last Magnolia Ink Magazine.

Now, what i did was just used my ever trusty Epson, and the special button, 

which increases from A5 to A4, then i did that a Second time, and

that got it to a size i was happy with.

 I used kraft card for my base, then i used a " Spring Flight" paper

as the main paper. I was actually going towards pink, but 

you know how things change as you are going...rofl.

The Image is my lovely "Summer Time" Tilda (which i have been

dieing to colour and use!!).

So I coloured her with copics, and added a bit of stickles (as you do!)

 

I used my Magnolia fence die around the base of the box

 

I then used a tag on the back and of course, more flowers.

I added some slits, and threaded the seam binding through

and tied it at the front. I thought this better than

just sticking a bow on it.

Anyway there it is my lovely little gift box for my Special friend's birthday!

For my card i have used the image " A. Mucha Influence - Winter"

 and coloured her with copics. I then cut her out using a spellbinders circle

and mounted her on a scalloped circle.

I used a cuttlebug embossing folder to create 

the background. Then i matched it with a paper from Bearly Mine Designs.

 Now for my card, I have used a paper from the "Floral Breeze" Set.

This is one of my favourites, hmmm, i think i say that for all of them! lol

I have coloured Tilda with copics. Then i cut around her using the

inside of the Cheery Lynn, Horizon Coved rectangle die. Then I 

used the same die for the pink around her. The 

butterflies are using my new Stampin Up embosslits "Beautiful Wings"

Then i have used some bits of a Prima swirl. and heaps

of stickles.
