Thank You Card

Well i have just finished this, boy i didnt realise how hard it is to make a "flat" card to post! I usually make a card, and hand it over! Hmmmm, i think i need to get some more flat flowers LOL (well, what an excuse to buy some more flowers!!).
Right, I have made this card for Val and Bob, (Judy's mum and dad) as a thankyou for letting us stop there on our way home on our road trip. I know Val loves purple, so with that in mind i set to work.
This is a Lily of the Valley stamp, again thanks to Deb J, who stamped it and sent it to me, and I coloured the image with my copics. I have used another yummy paper from Bearly Mine Designs. I have used my Magnolia Die and Nestabilites for the swirl and circles, and the Whimsy ticket die and stamp, add
a few flowers,bling, lace and ric rac from my stash.... and voila' finished!

A closer look at the image.....don't you think he looks like Harry Potter???
This is my first attempt at using the dark colours for hair??(oh well practice
makes perfect!!! lol)

Oh my gosh! I just had to share this! Bearly Mine Designs has just released "Summer Roses" kit. Check out those colours!! ohhhhhh, you know what i am getting!! Head on over to the blog and check out the card Donna has made with them. Oh i just cant wait to get these ones!

Boo & Snookie

Well here is the second card i managed to get made (besides Rachel's cards that is). I have used Boo & Snookie from the Emerald Faerie Collection, which i have coloured with copics. I used another beautiful paper from the Spring Flight Collection from Bearly Mine Designs. I used the nestabilities to create the oval then used a Stampin up embossing folder. I used my best friends (Judy) beautiful Martha stewart border punch! (Hey, i think she should give me the punch in payment of breaking my car!!!!) rofl. The ribbon, charms and SOME flowers are from my stash, but i had better mention that Judy also lent me the 2 blue rose buds (if i dont, she wont let me live it down! ) Thanks Judy it was a wonderful weekend.(except for the breaking of the car! lol)

Vintage Easel Card

Well i had the best weekend away! Judy and i travelled to Forster for S.W.O.F, a weekend of fun and inspiration. A Big Thankyou to Alita from ScrapAwhile for organising and running a Fabulous Weekend. A Big Thankyou to Rachel Grieg for the fantastic classes she put on for us! Thanks Rach!!!
Well after an 9 hour drive on Friday to get there, we didnt really get alot done (well, for gosh sakes, we had to get to know everyone!!!) lol. I did manage to colour Tilda in . We had Rachel's classes on Saturday, but i did finally get around to making this beautiful Easel Card Saturday night!...... Well, maybe i finished it Sunday !! LOL


When I unpack i will add the papers i have used. LOL

Isla Card

Well i finally got around to making a card with "Isla" that i have had coloured for a while.(This is one of the faeries I coloured to use for the background of my Blog! Thanks again Snookie!!) I have again used some of those yummy papers from the Spring Flight and Simply dots collections available from Bearly Mine Designs. I have coloured Isla with copics, and added a bit of stickles and also some of my Atyou Glitter pens. I have used the Magnolia lace and leaf dies. The ribbon and lace are from my stash, along with a few Prima flowers.

Sleeping Baby Tilda Card

I have made this card using Sleeping baby Tilda and coloured her with my copics. I have used the yummy papers from the Spring Flight and Simply Dots Collection available from Bearly Mine Designs. They matched perfectly Tilda when i had her coloured. (And yes Tracy J, maybe i will pick my papers first one day!! LOL) I have added some flowers and lace from Wild orchid Crafts, with a bit of ribbon and button from my stash. A little bit of stickles, and she looks so sweet!!
