Congratulations ladies!!!!

Right now onto this Fortnight's challenge, and it is.....................

"Anything, but a Card!!"

Now, i cant wait to see what wonderful creations you all come up with.

Ok, now onto my creation.......

For this challenge i have put together a Nappy Cake! No.... not an edible cake
in the shape of a nappy (rofl), but a cake made with Nappies.
My cousin's fiancee is having a baby (very very soon!) and I made this
for the Baby Shower.

I googled them on the internet, got the general idea, then set about making the
cake. I printed out some papers from the "Spring Flight" Collection.
I actually made the paper about 28.5cm square, then cropped them down
so they were in strips of 8cm wide. Doing it that way, i managed
to get the image large enough to see, and I think it worked out perfectly.
I had some blue cardstock that matched the paper, and used my
Martha Stewart border punch, then added some flowers.
I also used some blue baby socks, and made some roses
out of them....well, they were suppose to look like roses!!!

Now Seeing as I did made the Cake, I had to make the Card to match.... DIDNT I!!!!

That just finished off the gift! And of course I had to do the inside as well!

Well thanks for taking a peek. Don't forget to head over to the
Challenge Blog, and check out what the rest of the Design Team
have created for you this week! Wowzers there is some awesome stuff there!!!

Have an Awesome Day, and thanks for dropping by!
Hugs

Now, on to my card. I have used the "Sweet Christmas" Tilda, and sat her on the
"Santa Hat". I started colouring her with copics, but i am still building
up my copics, and i just couldnt get a satisfactory result how i wanted, with them. So
i ended up colouring her hat and pants with a pencil. Hmmmm, the verdict is
still out on that, but it's not to bad! The red and brown are definately
a lovely combination for Christmas.
Well Thanks for having a looksee, Cant wait to see all your lovely creations.

A4 Kenny K Card

Hey There Everyone.
Just sharing this card I have made for some Grade 12 Seniors, to give to their
teacher. They asked for an orange card! Is it orange enough?? LOL
Right, I decided that the Kenny K images would be perfect
for this card, as I thought, they could represent the Kids themselves.
So I tried for a few images that could be teenagers I know! (LOL)
When they asked for orange, I did panic for a bit. Then I found this
paper, and teamed it with some lovely chocolate coloured card, and
the result turned out to be spot on.
The images are all coloured with copics(sorry guys,
didn't really keep a record of them).

Well thanks for having a looksee

Dont forget to head over to the Challenge blog and see what the other Teamies have created for you, OMG, there are some wonderful cards done to give you some fantastic inspiration!
So what you waiting for?? Get cracking!!

Righto onto my card! I have used some papers from the Designer Extreme I CD.
(OMG, these are a must have if you love Digi papers!)
I had printed out a couple papers to make this card, but when i printed this paper
out, it was just so gosh dam pretty, i just did not want to use another paper
to cover it up. So i decided to just add some bits to try and
compliment the beautiful paper. Not sure if it comes thru in the photo
but the designs just seem so real, and so vibrant.
(can you tell i really like this paper???lol)
The image is "All Wrapped Up" from Lili of the Valley, and she is coloured with Copics.
When i made this card, i had it all put together with the red and the gold,
and it looked lovely, but then i decided that a white border might give it
a bit of something extra. Hmmm Note to self, do this AS YOU ARE GOING,
not at the end as and after thought!! lol.
The Red, White and Gold, do look fantastic together, add a bit of stardust stickles
to the snow and the edges and well.. yes
i think i am pleased with the end result.

Ok thanks for having a looksee
Hugs

A big thankyou to everyone who entered, and joined in the fun. I so love
hopping around and checking out your work.

Righto, on to the new challenge which is.....

"We Having A Halloween Party"

That's right, we want to see all those Halloween Cards and creations.
I am the first to admit this one was a bit out there for me, seeing as how in Australia
we don't really do the Halloween thing. But when i got the new
"Victorian Morticia" i just had to use her. Isn't she just gorgeous.

As usual we have the $20 voucher up for prize for those of you who uses the Paper Shelter images in this challenge. News to this challenge is that if you don't use the TPS images you are up for a prize of three digi images of your choice! How wonderful isn't that? More fun to play with for all of you!

amazing creations that the other DT girls have created to give you the
best inspiration ever!!!

Ok ladies, let's see what wonderful Halloweenie Creations you can come up with!!

******************
So on to my card. I decided to try a Centerfold Step card, i googled and found quiet a few
tutorials on them, and i adapted one, to make a slightly bigger
step card then what was being taught! Very pleased with myself , I am!!! lol
And I have said I have used "Victorian Morticia" and coloured
her with copics.
I have used some adorable new FREE papers from Bearly Mine Design's. Oh, they
are all such lovely papers, and i think they matched perfectly!
I actually printed out the paper, just the right size and cut out the
main piece in one. Then added the pieces on the side to
try and keep the spiderwebs in line. (not too bad a job, if i do say so myself!! lol)
I used my Spellbinders fancy tag die, and found that my Stampin up Large
oval punch, will cut a perfect oval for the centre of it.
I am really pleased with my very first Halloween card!

Card Recipe
Dies - Spellbinders Fancy Tags, Marianne Creatables Leaf
Sentiment - using PSX pixie stamps "Love Letters"
Flowers - Black (from my stash from forever!!!) red rose buds - I Am Roses
